About Pamela Kay
Pamela Kay is a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience helping adults of all ages work through grief, adjustment to chronic illness, lifestyle changes, aging, and related anxiety and depression. She often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients align thoughts and emotions and reduce stress, and draws on psychodynamic approaches for deeper, long-standing challenges. Pamela has completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), allowing her to help clients address sleep difficulties that often accompany grief, life transitions, and chronic stress.
