Susan Whitener has 25 years experience working with individuals facing challenges such as insomnia, trauma, sexual identity, PTSD, career development, and family/relationship issues. Susan's goal is to provide supportive counseling to help you work through life's challenges. She uses a variety of counseling techniques, tailored to your needs. You will learn about yourself, identify coping strategies, and set goals that will lead to solutions and real life changes. Each session will center around your concerns - her intent is to help you process your own experiences and ultimately, develop your strengths.
